Full Time Maintenance Worker

Kelley Williamson Co is looking for full time maintenance workers to perform light maintenance and repairs to our Kelley's Market locations and dealer sites.

Duties Include:

• Painting of both interior and exterior structures
• Light repairs in and around structures
• Parking lot repairs, ie, pothole fills.
• Cleaning interior and exterior area of the building which may include refrigerated areas
• Weeding grassy and mulched areas
• Power washing parking lots and car washes
• Regularly lifting 30lbs.

Requirements:

• Must be able to operate handheld and small power tools, drills, power washer hammer, screwdrivers, etc.
• Must be 21 years and older with a valid driver's license and a clean driving record
• Must be able to regularly lift 30lbs
• This position requires constant movement - i.e. walking, standing, lifting
• Schedule would be full time Monday through Friday with a start time of 7:00 AM. Employees would work rain or shine and may be exposed to the extreme heat as most of the work will be done outside at various locations.
