Customer Success Associate
The Customer Success Associate is a leadership-track role to focus on student success in math achievement. Gain hands-on experience in operations, customer service, team coordination, and business development. No advanced math knowledge required; we will provide full training.

Advancement opportunities include a leadership development track with potential to move up the organization in 6-12 months. Job type is full-time with typical work hours of Mon-Thu: 11am-7pm, Sat: 9am-4pm (Must be available for all hours).
Mathnasium Learning Centers are committed to teaching children math so that they understand it, master it, and love it. The Mathnasium Method™— the result of decades of hands-on instruction and development — has been transforming the lives of children through math since 2002 and continues to be shared through in-person, online, and hybrid instruction.
Key responsibilities include enrollment & customer service, administrative leadership, and training & development. Enrollment & customer service involves handling enrollment calls, scheduling visits, conducting math assessments, guiding new families through the enrollment and onboarding processes, and ensuring customer satisfaction in areas such as student progress, attitude, and engagement through all communication channels. Administrative leadership includes overseeing daily operations, ensuring efficiency, administering assessments to identify learning gaps and create personalized learning plans, managing student curriculum, updating progress in the center system, and working with management on ensuring efficiency in center operation. Training & development involves managing instructional staff, providing coaching, helping improve team performance, assuming the roles for instructor and lead instructor duties as needed, and managing all related tasks.
Qualifications include passion for helping others and a genuine curiosity about people (both children and adults), growth mentality and open to constructive feedback, ability to adapt quickly to a fast-paced environment, excellent communication (both written and oral), interpersonal skills and teamwork, ability to work well with diverse groups of people, strong problem-solving abilities, reliability, and efficiency, prior experience in office management, and multi-tasking experience is a huge plus, organized, proactive, and detail-oriented, and excellent time management and prioritization skill. Bachelor's degree is preferred.
