Garden Center Associate

Responsible for maintaining healthy plants, organizing outdoor retail displays, and supporting customers in a garden center environment. This role involves hands-on plant care, stocking, and ensuring the garden center is clean, safe, and visually appealing.

Pay & Schedule:

$16.00 Hourly

Monday – Friday: 8:00AM – 5:00PM

Key Responsibilities & Requirements:

• Water, prune, and care for flowers, shrubs, and plants
• Set up and maintain attractive product displays
• Keep garden centers clean, organized, and safe
• Assist customers with basic product questions
• Follow daily directions from field supervisors
• Ability to work outdoors in varied weather conditions
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks such as bending, standing, and walking for extended periods
• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation; may be required to support multiple locations
• Strong work ethic and ability to work independently
• Retail, landscaping, or general labor experience is a plus
