General Labor Window Cleaner – Full Time | Macomb County

Fish Window Cleaning | $18–$30+/hr | No Experience Needed

The Details

• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7am–3pm
• Pay: $18/hr base (guaranteed minimum) | $30+/hr potential with tips & commission
• 401k: 3% Contribution by company
• Training: 2 weeks paid at $15/hr — no experience required
• Work type: Indoor & outdoor, ground level only — no high-rise
• Season: Year-round

What We're Looking For

• Valid driver's license
• Reliable vehicle with proof of liability insurance
• Able to lift up to 60 lbs
• Comfortable working on ladders up to 30 ft
• Can work in varying temperatures (0°–110°F)
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
