Position Overview: As a General Warehouse Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring our warehouse operations run smoothly and efficiently. You will be responsible for various tasks including receiving, unpacking, and organizing incoming inventory, maintaining accurate records of inventory, picking and packing orders for shipment, and ensuring that all products are handled with care to avoid damage.

Responsibilities:

• Receive, unload, and process incoming shipments.
• Inspect and verify incoming goods against invoices or other documents.
• Accurately record received items and update inventory records.
• Organize stocks and maintain inventory levels.
• Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently.
• Prepare orders for shipment by ensuring that they are properly packed, labeled, and ready for delivery.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks (training provided if necessary).
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Follow safety procedures and protocols at all times.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience in a warehouse environment preferred but not required.
• Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and perform physical tasks.
• Detail-oriented with good organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic computer skills for inventory management and order processing.
• Strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
• Flexibility to work overtime during peak season hours
