Guest Reception Representative

As a Guest Reception Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Your role is crucial in ensuring a seamless and memorable experience for our guests, from check-in to check-out. You will have the opportunity to work in a vibrant and diverse team, contributing to the overall success of our resort.

Responsibilities
  • Greet and welcome guests, ensuring a friendly and efficient check-in process.
  • Answer guest inquiries and provide accurate information about resort amenities and local attractions.
  • Process guest reservations, handle payments, and manage guest accounts.
  • Address guest requests and concerns promptly, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area, ensuring a pleasant guest experience.
  • Collaborate with other departments to coordinate guest services and special requests.
  • Handle guest feedback and suggestions, contributing to continuous improvement.
  • Stay updated on resort promotions and packages to offer guests the best options.
  • Assist with basic administrative tasks, such as filing and record-keeping.
Qualifications
  • Must be willing to travel between sites
  • High school diploma or equivalent; relevant college education preferred.
  • Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role is an asset.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on guest satisfaction.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in using computer systems and hospitality software.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • A positive and friendly attitude, with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new procedures and protocols.
