Guest Service Representative / Membership Sales

Guest Service Associate (GSA) Hourly + Commission + Bonuses

What You'll Do:

• Connect with guests and create an amazing experience from start to finish
• Book reservations + manage the front desk
• Answer calls and assist with guest questions
• Handle payments and transactions
• Recommend and sell service packages (this is a BIG part of the role)
