Guest Services – Join Our Welcome Crew!

Flourish provides home goods (furniture, bedding, kitchen ware, etc.) to people who have been newly housed at no cost to the guest. That is just a small glimpse of the magic that really happens! Our dedicated volunteer team also restores donated items with care and craftsmanship

While guests meet several friendly faces along the way, the Floor Captain is the reliable anchor that keeps the experience smooth and supported from start to finish.

If you enjoy connecting with people, administrative work, and are confident using computers this role is for you!

Guest Services volunteers help by:

• Greeting guests and creating a friendly, supportive atmosphere
• Checking in appointments and keeping the flow of the day on track
• Answering basic questions and directing guests where they need to go
• Coordinating with warehouse and program staff as guests move through the process
• Answering incoming calls

Your kindness and clarity set the tone for each guest’s experience. If you’re ready to bring warmth, organization, and a dash of delight to the front of house, we’d love to have you join the Welcome Crew.

HOURS: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday & Saturday 8:30am to 12:00pm
