Head Swimming Instructor

Job Title

Instructs registered participants on how to swim or become a more efficient swimmer. Leads others to instruct swim lessons.

Qualifications

Must have knowledge of different swimming techniques and swimming strokes, experience teaching swimming strokes. Teaching experience with kids is helpful. They also must possess the ability to lead and direct others and have exceptional communication skills, especially with the public.

Must be a certified Water Safety Instructor (W.S.I.) with current First Aid and CPR certifications. Lifeguard certification preferred, as well.
