We re looking for a Nurse Practitioner who wants to step away from rushed visits, crowded schedules, and productivity pressure, and instead deliver thoughtful, evidence-based care to complex patients where it matters most: in their homes.

Compensation & Benefits: $120,000 $140,000 base salary (depending on experience) + generous Sign On bonus!
