What You'll Do

As a Guest Service Host, you will:

  • Warmly welcome and acknowledge guests upon arrival
  • Efficiently perform guest check-in and check-out procedures
  • Assist guests with reservations, kiosk use, key redemption, and general inquiries
  • Prepare arrival documents (key cards, welcome materials, etc.)
  • Ensure all guest registration details are complete and accurate
  • Handle room keys in accordance with hotel procedures
  • Coordinate with Bell/Valet and Housekeeping teams to ensure smooth arrivals
  • Recommend hotel amenities, dining outlets, and park offerings
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the lobby and kiosk area
  • Handle minor guest concerns and escalate issues when necessary
  • Follow Lost & Found procedures and safeguard guest property
  • Utilize operational systems including Kiosk, ALICE, Opera, VingCard, radios, and Google Nest
  • Attend departmental meetings and training sessions as required

You'll also help:

  • Make kids laugh with jokes, dances, or playful interactions
  • Answer guest questions (even the repetitive ones!) with enthusiasm
  • Help families feel right at home from the moment they walk in

Requirements
  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Previous customer service experience required
  • Full availability, including weekends and holidays
  • Must be fully flexible - 8.5-hour shifts and may fall between 7:00 AM – 11:30 PM and vary based on hotel needs
  • Comfortable standing and moving throughout the day
Safety & Compliance

All team members must follow Health, Safety & Security policies in compliance with ASTM, NEC, NSF, OSHA, and Merlin Entertainments standards. Prompt incident reporting and adherence to safe work procedures are required at all times.

Pay Range
