Pay & Benefits

• Minimum of $16.00 and up to $19.00 per hour based on performance
• Most employees work 32-38 hours per week
• Earn up to 5 days paid time off per year
• Earn 1 sick day for every 8 weeks worked

What You'll Do

• Clean customer homes following MOLLY MAID standards
• Provide friendly, professional customer service
• Work as part of a team to deliver quality results
• Follow a proven cleaning system (we train you!)
• Earn tips for great service

Team Leads (drivers) may also:

• Drive the company vehicle safely
• Manage daily routes and team schedules
• Maintain basic cleaning equipment

Job Requirements

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to pass a background check
• Physically able to clean, lift, bend, and work overhead
• Comfortable communicating in English
• Available Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm
• Valid Driver's License
