Housekeeping Position
Join our team in a full-time housekeeping role with a consistent Monday–Friday schedule and only rotating every 5th weekend. This position is responsible for maintaining clean, safe, and welcoming resident apartments and community spaces while delivering excellent service to residents, guests, and team members.
The Housekeeper works closely with the Environmental Services team to ensure all assigned areas are maintained to community standards of cleanliness, safety, and comfort.

Requirements
- Clean and maintain resident apartments, common areas, public restrooms, vacant apartments, and other community spaces in accordance with community standards.
- Perform general housekeeping duties including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, trash removal, laundry services, linen changes, dishwashing, and sanitizing bathrooms and kitchenettes as applicable.
- Maintain clean, sanitary, safe, and odor-free environments throughout the community.
- Monitor and report maintenance, repair, safety, or supply needs to the Environmental Services Director or Lead Housekeeper.
- Maintain housekeeping carts, equipment, linens, and cleaning supplies in an organized manner.
- Follow all company policies, DHS regulations, infection control standards, and chemical safety procedures, including proper use of SDS information.
- Participate in required training, meetings, and orientation programs.
- Provide courteous and respectful service to residents, visitors, and team members.
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor or management.
