Housekeeper position available with Fivestone Management, LLC, a property management company based in Fort Worth, Texas. Since 2012, we have delivered comprehensive solutions for the real estate industry in North and West Texas.

The primary responsibilities of the Housekeeper involve the upkeep of each apartment to enhance and maintain its appeal. The Housekeeper will also assist the rest of the staff, as directed in their efforts to manage the property in an efficient manner.

Location: Abilene, TX

Key roles and responsibilities include cleaning the office, clubroom, and restrooms daily, cleaning and maintaining models, cleaning all vacant apartments, keeping vacant units fresh, informing management of supply needs, distributing resident communications, performing work area clean-up and safety related duties, assisting in keeping grounds neat, and performing any additional duties assigned.

Required education, experience, and qualifications include meeting all physical requirements, wearing appropriate safety gear, working a minimum of 40 hours per week, being knowledgeable in the safe use and maintenance of cleaning tools, holding a high school diploma or equivalent, and being able to read, write, and speak English.

Working conditions require bending, lifting, climbing, pushing, pulling, kneeling, sitting, standing, walking, and other physical activities. Must demonstrate manual dexterity, follow written and oral instructions, complete tasks with frequent interruptions, use discretion and independent judgment, and speak clearly on the phone and to fellow workers.
