Prior sanitation experience preferred but not required (janitorial or power washing experience accepted).

Detail-oriented and thorough.

Must be able to multi-task and move from one task to another.

Sufficient ability to read, write, speak, understand, and communicate in English or Spanish to complete work efficiently and effectively.

Good understanding of Food Safety (GMP).

Must be able to work a 6:00am shift to the end of day.

Able to stand 8 to 9 hours a day.

Bend/stoop, squat, reach above shoulder frequently, stacking trays, and kneel.

Must be able to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 pounds.

Work in an environment with strong odors and use of chemical.

Must be able to work overtime and weekends.

Must be able to work in hot and damp environment up to 125 degrees and these areas will have slippery walking surfaces.
