Job Title:HR Admin/Assistant
Location:Chaska,MN
Duration:Full-time
Job Duties for this role include:
- Provide general administrative support to HR and other departments
- Support HR filing and end of year HR file maintenance
- Create a positive first impression for all customers, employees, contractors, vendors and guests
- Support of recruitment and onboarding activities to ensure a positive experience for candidates
- Updating informational boards throughout the plant and sending communications (i.e. monthly newsletters, wellness communications, etc).
- Event planning for employee recognition (births, anniversaries, etc.) and organizing meetings and lunches
- Managing company apparel store, seasonally
- Perform other work as assigned
Knowledge and Skill Requirements:
- Flexibility due to a fast work environment
- Collaboration skills and able to work through ambiguity
- Need to read and write at a 12th grade level.
- Can read and follow procedures, processes and specifications written in English.
- Can demonstrate attention to detail.
