Job Title: HR Assistant
Location: Burlington, Massachusetts
Length of Assignment: 13 weeks

Responsibilities:

  1. Front Desk Coverage:
    • Answering phones and directing calls to the appropriate team members.
    • Greeting and assisting visitors with a professional and friendly demeanor.
  2. New Hire Onboarding:
    • Coordinating and facilitating the onboarding process for new hires.
    • Ensuring all required paperwork and documentation are completed accurately.
  3. Administrative Support:
    • Performing a variety of administrative tasks to support the Recruitment team.
    • Managing calendars, scheduling interviews, and coordinating meetings.
  4. Customer Service:
    • Providing exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
    • Addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and effective manner.
  5. Office Experience:
    • Utilizing office equipment and software for day-to-day tasks.
    • Maintaining a well-organized and efficient office environment.
