HR Coordinator

The HR Coordinator plays a key role in supporting employees and candidates, helping ensure a smooth and welcoming experience from hiring through onboarding. This role partners with the HR team, managers, and payroll to coordinate recruitment, new hire processes, and HR initiatives that make Weinbrenner a great place to work.
Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for Union positions.
- Coordinate the recruitment process for Office positions to ensure a smooth and timely hiring workflow.
- Represent the company at community events and job fairs to support recruiting and employer brand visibility.
- Complete full-cycle onboarding and orientation for all new hires, partnering with internal departments to ensure all documents and requirements are completed.
- Serve as point of contact for candidates and visitors to the facility, ensuring a professional and welcoming experience.
- Support company events and special projects, including employee picnics, holiday events, and other activities.
- Assist employees with general HR or benefit-related questions and partner with HR leadership when needed.
- Maintain employee records in the HRIS, uploading documents, updating profiles and tracking required information.
- Support HR leadership in the execution of cross-functional HR projects and compliance audits.
- Assist in coordinating and maintaining HR programs across the organization.
Qualifications and experience include, but are not limited to:
- Associate degree in HR, business, or related field, or equivalent experience required. At least 1 year of experience in an office, HR, or administrative role preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient attention to detail with strong time management and organizational skills
- High level of professionalism and confidentiality
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS/ATS systems preferred
