Description
HR Specialist
This position provides general support to the Human Resources function. The role involves assisting with routine HR tasks, maintaining records, and supporting basic administrative processes. The HR Coordinator will work with internal teams to help ensure day-to-day operations run smoothly.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with recruiting activities, including scheduling interviews and maintaining candidate information
- Support onboarding and general employee administrative processes
- Maintain employee records and ensure documentation is up to date
- Respond to basic employee inquiries and direct questions as needed
- Assist with benefits administration and invoice tracking
- Provide support with timekeeping and payroll-related tasks
- Help coordinate general office activities and employee programs
- Assist with compliance-related documentation and requirements
- Support miscellaneous HR projects and administrative tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
- 1–3 years of experience in an administrative or HR support role
- Basic knowledge of HR processes preferred
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to handle confidential information appropriately
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel
Work Environment:
- Primarily office-based role
- May require extended periods of sitting and computer use
