Ultimate Staffing is actively seeking a dedicated Human Resources Assistant to join their client's team in New Haven County Connecticut. The ideal candidate will support HR functions and provide excellent customer service to employees. Responsibilities:

  • Assist with payroll processing and ensure timely and accurate delivery.
  • Support HR operations by managing employee records and documentation.
  • Provide customer service to employees, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Coordinate onboarding processes for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
  • Maintain compliance with HR policies and procedures.
  • Assist in organizing and coordinating HR-related events and meetings.
  • Support additional HR duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements:

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Previous experience in HR or a related field is preferred but not required.

Additional Details:

Salary: $26 - $34 per hour.
