Human Resources Coordinator (Entry-Level) Description

Our client is looking for an HR Coordinator to join their team. You'll spend roughly 60% of your time focused on employee engagement, with the remainder supporting daily HR operations. In this role, you'll partner closely with their HR Team (9), as well as site managers across multiple locations, serving as a key resource for employees. A big part of your impact will come from building on existing initiatives like employee surveys and recognition programs, while continuing to find new ways to keep teams connected, engaged, and aligned. The goal is to create a more consistent and thoughtful experience across the entire employee lifecycle. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to have a real influence on company culture. With over 40 years in business and a model that is largely insulated from economic shifts, our client offers both stability and the chance to make a meaningful contribution.
