The Opportunity
We are not looking for a traditional HR manager.
We are looking for a business-minded HR leader who wants to step into a role with real ownership, real influence, and real impact.
This is an opportunity to:
- Build the HR function from the ground up
- Work directly with the CEO on scaling the company
- Shape how the organization hires, operates, and grows

What You’ll Own
- Build and lead the HR function end-to-end
- Partner with leadership on hiring, org design, and scaling
- Run HR operations across multi-site warehouse + office teams
- Own employee relations and ensure compliance
- Oversee payroll (ADP) and HR systems
- Bring structure, discipline, and accountability into a growing organization
Who This Is For
- You’ve led HR in a structured environment — and now want more ownership
- You’re comfortable being both strategic and hands-on
- You understand operational businesses (logistics, warehouse, transportation, etc.)
- You can work directly with leadership and push back when needed
- You care about building teams, not just managing policies
What You Bring
- 8–12+ years of HR experience, with leadership responsibility
- Strong knowledge of California labor laws
- Experience in logistics / transportation / warehouse / similar industries
- Experience with multi-location operations
- Familiarity with ADP payroll systems
- Experience in scaling or fast-growing companies is a strong plus

Compensation
- Base: $120K – $150K+ (depending on experience)
- Performance-based bonus
