Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8-hour day shifts (Overtime Available)

What You'll Do

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and install residential HVAC/R systems
• Clearly explain options and recommendations to customers
• Complete approved repairs and installs to top industry standards
• Keep your service vehicle clean, organized, and fully stocked
• Participate in company meetings, training, and service updates

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years' experience in residential HVAC/R installation, maintenance, or service
• Strong troubleshooting and repair skills
• Ability to read wiring diagrams, blueprints, and schematics
• Skilled in brazing, soldering, and standard HVAC/R practices
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• EPA certification and refrigeration license (preferred)
• Professional, reliable, and customer-focused attitude
