Refrigerant And Preventive Maintenance Manager

Serve as the element's Refrigerant and Preventive Maintenance Manager and perform work and lead employees assigned to the 99 CES/CEOIH Element in accomplishing trades and labor work of Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning/Refrigeration and Control Systems. Serves as work leader primarily to military HVAC technicians but may be required at times to lead and direct civilian HVAC technicians as well. Troubleshoots HVAC/R systems with complex problems and extensive repairs requiring judgment to locate malfunctions. Plans maintenance and repairs to a variety of complex heating boilers and/or heating systems, single and multiple fuel power boilers, and associated auxiliary and pollution control equipment. Leads maintenance and repair of large commercial and industrial ventilation, refrigeration, air conditioning (AC), and cooling systems with complex problems and extensive repairs.
