Job Description: HVAC Technician

We are seeking an experienced and skilled HVAC Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate should have prior experience servicing commercial or industrial locations. Applicants should have a Massachusetts refrigeration license or at least 5 years of experience in the field.

Responsibilities:

- Install, maintain and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems (HVAC)

- Diagnose and troubleshoot malfunctions in HVAC systems

- Perform regular maintenance on HVAC systems to ensure their optimal performance

- Replace faulty or outdated HVAC components and systems

- Collaborate with other team members to carry out projects and achieve objectives

- Keep detailed records of all maintenance and repair activities

Requirements:

- Experience servicing commercial or industrial locations

- Massachusetts refrigeration license or 5+ years of experience in HVAC

- Knowledge of HVAC systems and components

- Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot malfunctions

- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work in a team environment
