We're seeking HVAC Service Technicians to provide expert solutions to residential customers across the Merrimack Valley. Your daily routine will include diagnosing, repairing, and installing HVAC systems and products.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and install residential HVAC systems and products.
• Build strong customer relationships
• Complete all general HVAC service calls.
• Get HVAC systems running again by asking the right customer lifestyle questions.
• Meet (or exceed) revenue goals with expert service.
• Build our clientele, including new referrals and repeat business.
• Keep job sites clean, organized, and inventoried

Desired Skills and Experience

• Organized with good follow-through
• Strong verbal and written communication
• Integrity is your middle name, and you have a knack for building strong customer connections.
• A reliable solo worker who can also excel in team environments

Qualifications

• Customer service skills
• Skilled in repairing, installing, and diagnosing HVAC systems and products
• Clean driving record
