Pay Rate: $35-$40 per hour (based on experience)
Schedule: Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Job Overview

Our client is seeking an experienced HVAC Technician to service commercial systems. This is a directhire opportunity offering steady hours, competitive pay, and overtime potential.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential and commercial HVAC systems
• Perform electrical wiring repairs and troubleshoot electronic components
• Replace parts and components including valves, compressors, condensers, and coils
• Replace complete HVAC units ranging from 2ton to 7.5ton systems
• Respond to emergency service calls as needed
• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance
• Maintain accurate service records, logs, and warranty paperwork
• Ensure all work complies with safety and industry standards

Qualifications

• Proven HVAC troubleshooting and repair experience
• Familiarity with HVAC tools, equipment, and installation practices
• EPA Certification required
• Experience with boilers, chillers, and BMS systems is a plus
• Strong diagnostic, mechanical, and electrical skills
• Reliable, professional, and customerfocused
