HVAC Technicians Needed – Start ASAP
We are actively hiring skilled HVAC Technicians to join our team and start immediately. This role is ideal for experienced professionals looking for steady work, competitive pay, and a supportive team environment.
Responsibilities:
- Install, service, and repair residential HVAC systems, including A/C units, furnaces, and related equipment
- Perform diagnostics and minor service work to ensure systems operate efficiently and safely
- Follow local codes, safety standards, and company procedures
- Communicate clearly with customers and team members regarding work performed
Requirements:
- Prior experience as an HVAC Technician (install and/or service)
- Knowledge of residential HVAC systems; commercial experience is a plus
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Job Type & Location: This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Waukesha, WI.
Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $30.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms.
