In Home Senior Caregiver

Join SRX Home Care, LLC, a trusted provider of in-home senior care services under the Happier At Home brand, as an In Home Senior Caregiver. In this role, you will support seniors in maintaining their independence and quality of life by assisting with daily routines and providing compassionate companionship. You will help with personal care, meal preparation, housekeeping, transportation, and medication reminders, ensuring clients feel comfortable, safe, and cared for in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal hygiene and grooming.
• Prepare nutritious meals and assist with grocery shopping.
• Perform light housekeeping duties and laundry.
• Engage clients with friendly conversation and activities.
• Provide transportation assistance to appointments and errands.
• Offer medication reminders and support health routines.
• Report any changes in client condition to management promptly.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum one year of experience in caregiving or senior care.
• Compassionate, patient, and empathetic personality.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
• Ability to pass background checks and drug screening.
• Commitment to following care plans and safety guidelines.
