Industrial Maintenance Electrician / Shift Electrician

Position: Industrial Maintenance Electrician / Shift Electrician Location: Gila Bend, AZ Compensation: Competitive hourly rate of $26/hr with additional $24-$30/hr in production bonuses (not guaranteed). Annual On Track Earnings $100k - $120k

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on electrical systems and equipment.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical issues.
• Install and upgrade electrical systems and components.
• Ensure compliance with electrical codes and safety standards.
• Work with HMIs, PLCs, industrial drives, switchgear, and power up to 4160V.
• Collaborate with other maintenance staff and departments.
• Maintain detailed records of work performed and materials used.
• Participate in shift rotations and be available for emergency repairs.
• Work rotating shifts: 4 days on, 4 days off, then 4 nights on, rotating shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in industrial electrical maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and safety standards.
• Experience with HMIs, PLCs, industrial drives, switchgear, and power up to 4160V.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and blueprints.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends.
