Industrial Maintenance Technician - 2nd Shift
Devens, MA
Must be a US Citizen or Green Card holder.
New England Sheets (manufactures corrugated sheets, which are the fluted cardboard materials used to make boxes and packaging)
The hours are Mon-Fri 3PM-11PM with overtime required as needed. Must be able to train on mid-shift 11AM-7PM.
We are seeking a 2nd shift Industrial Maintenance Technician. This role will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing plant production equipment both mechanical and electrical to ensure maximum uptime and safety.
Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical issues on plant machinery and systems.
- Perform preventive maintenance (PMs) and corrective maintenance to minimize equipment downtime.
- Install, modify, and service electrical wiring, conduits, and control systems in an industrial environment.
- Interpret mechanical and electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings.
- Assist with fabrication, plumbing, welding, and other general maintenance duties as needed.
- Adhere to OSHA, fire and electrical safety codes, and company-specific safety procedures.
- Collaborate with teammates, management, and vendors to support smooth plant operations.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance work and safety training.
- Complete required monthly online safety training.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Do you have 5+ years of relevant industrial maintenance experience, or equivalent technical school training combined with work experience?
- Do you have Strong background in electrical and mechanical systems, including AC/DC motor control, PLCs, pneumatic and hydraulic systems?
- Do you have Ability to read schematics and perform precise troubleshooting?
- Do you have Familiarity with networked systems and industrial computer hardware/software?
- Must be a US Citizen or Green Card holder.
