Industrial Maintenance Technician

Location: Mayfield, OH Pay: $25–$30/hour Schedule: Full-Time

We are seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician to support electrical and mechanical maintenance in a manufacturing/industrial environment. This role focuses on troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining equipment to ensure safe and efficient operations.

Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair industrial electrical systems using schematics and blueprints
• Install, maintain, and repair wiring, fixtures, motors, and electrical components
• Troubleshoot motors, starters, contactors, relays, and AC/DC panel wiring up to 480V
• Perform preventive maintenance and general electrical maintenance
• Troubleshoot hydraulic, mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems
• Inspect transformers, breakers, and related components
• Document work and follow safety and regulatory standards

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent (technical certification preferred)
• Completed electrician apprenticeship
• Experience with 3-phase and 280/480V systems
• Basic PLC knowledge and troubleshooting experience
• Ability to read schematics and technical drawings
• Forklift and scissor lift experience
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to travel between Mayfield, Mentor, and Willoughby sites
