Industrial Production Workers
Volt is hiring Production Workers for a leading manufacturing company located in American Canyon, CA.
Responsibilities of the position:
- Apply color using brushes and sprayers.
- Pack quality products.
- Handle stone materials and stack pallets.
- Depending on the position, training in the use of power tools and leveling tools may be provided.
- Perform quality system audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Know and apply the general production process on line, including but not limited to packaging, stacking, and sorting of products.
- Comply with all site guidelines regarding the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and equipment rotation.
- Know and understand area safety requirements.
- Identify and apply quality standards on the production line.
- Communicate effectively and respectfully with team members.
- Perform other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Type of position: Full-time, with possibility of permanent hiring.
Schedule: Monday to Saturday (Saturday shifts are mandatory)
- AM: 4:00 AM – 2:00 PM
- PM: 1:00 PM – 12:00 AM
The ideal candidate should have:
- Ability to work in extreme temperatures (indoor or outdoor).
- Ability to stand for long periods.
- Ability to perform repetitive movements.
- Repetitive flexion or torsion.
- Work in environments with constant noise above 85 decibels (requires hearing protection).
- Manipulate, control, or feel objects, tools, or controls.
- Lift, move, or transport objects up to 50 pounds.
- Climb or descend stairs.
- Ability to work in environments with dust, chemicals, and other substances.
- Use all required personal protective equipment (hearing, vision, and helmet protection).
- Use of steel-toe safety boots is required.
Preferred skills:
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and be self-motivated.
- Ability to multitask.
- Excellent work ethic.

Pay: $20 per hour
