A growing healthcare company in Brooklyn is seeking a full-time Intake Representative to manage patient intake, qualify new leads, and ensure a smooth, supportive onboarding experience. This position blends strong customer service with a sales-oriented approach, ideal for someone who is personable, detail-oriented, and driven to succeed.

Responsibilities Include:

• Answer and follow up on incoming inquiries from prospective patients
• Qualify leads and determine service eligibility
• Guide patients through the intake process with professionalism and care
• Collect and verify patient information and documentation
• Provide clear explanations of services, processes, and next steps
• Follow up with leads to increase conversion rates
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless onboarding

• Prior experience in intake, sales, or customer service in a healthcare setting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Sales-minded with the ability to motivate and convert leads
