Position Summary
The Integrity Coordinator manages the flow of information across Quality, Compliance, and Safety functions. This role is responsible for tracking and coordinating requests, investigations, site reviews, and corrective actions, ensuring timely completion and regulatory compliance. The position works closely with Operations, HR, Nursing, and Clinical teams to maintain accountability and support continuous quality improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the central intake point for external requests (e.g., regulators, auditors, payers) and ensure timely, complete responses.
  • Track and coordinate investigations, site reviews, and corrective action plans (CAPs), including follow-up and closure.
  • Maintain organized, audit-ready records and tracking systems.
  • Coordinate site review scheduling, communication, and preparation.
  • Support data reporting, dashboards, and compliance tracking.
  • Identify delays or risks and escalate as needed.
  • Act as a liaison across departments to ensure clear communication and accountability.
  • Support audits, inspections, and additional Integrity initiatives.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor's preferred.
  • 2-3 years of relevant experience in healthcare, human services, compliance, or administration.
  • Experience in regulated or multi-site environments preferred.
  • Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and required background clearances.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and data management skills.
