$75,000 annually | Full-time

Position Overview

A growing technology solutions provider is seeking an International Sales & Logistics Coordinator to support global sales transactions, international shipments, and post-sales operations. This role serves as a key liaison between vendors, customers, and internal teams to ensure smooth cross-border logistics and high customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Process customer and vendor purchase orders
• Coordinate international shipments, freight forwarding, and final delivery
• Track shipments and communicate status updates and delays
• Prepare export documentation and support global trade compliance
• Serve as a primary contact for international order support
• Maintain accurate records within company systems

Requirements

• Onsite full-time in Salem, NH (no remote)
• Experience with international shipping and logistics
• Knowledge of customs, duties, and global shipment methods
• Strong organization and communication skills
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship

Preferred

• Experience managing multi-country shipments
• Familiarity with ERP, CRM, or logistics systems
