Job Title: Inventory Control Clerk
Location: St. Cloud, MN
Compensation: $22.00 per hour - paid weekly
Schedule: Day & Night Shifts | Monday-Friday
Job Type: Temp-to-Hire | Full-timeAbout the Opportunity
Doherty Staffing Solutions is partnering with a distribution-focused organization in St. Cloud, MN to hire an Inventory Control Clerk. In this role, you'll help maintain accurate inventory levels, support warehouse operations, and ensure products are correctly tracked and stored. If you enjoy detail-oriented work, problem-solving, and supporting a collaborative warehouse environment, this may be a great long-term opportunity for you!What You'll Do as an Inventory Control Clerk:

  • Check and correct inventory issues, including damaged items and incorrect slotting
  • Remove expired or close-dated products and run related inventory reports
  • Add new items and update inventory records
  • Pull manuals and verify expiration dates
  • Load donated products onto trailers for food banks
  • Conduct aisle inventory checks and make adjustments as needed
  • Investigate and resolve location or receiving discrepancies
  • Create spreadsheets and inventory reports
  • Assign new product locations (footprints)
  • Collaborate with team members to support a positive warehouse environment

What You Need to Bring to the Inventory Control Clerk Role:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Warehouse experience preferred; ability to operate warehouse equipment is a plus
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions in English
  • Reliable transportation to/from the St. Cloud worksite
  • Ability to meet any required background or screening requirements
