Now Hiring: Inventory Control Coordinator – 1st Shift Location: Ephrata, PA Pay: $18/hr, Temp to hire Schedule: 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM | Full-Time Overtime available as needed Allegiance Staffing is hiring an Inventory Control Coordinator for a food manufacturing facility in Ephrata, PA. This role is essential to maintaining accurate inventory, supporting production reporting, and ensuring materials and finished goods are tracked correctly throughout the facility. If you have experience in material handling, inventory control, and working with computer systems, this is a great opportunity to grow with a stable production team.

What You'll Do

• Perform inventory transactions and data entry to track production and material usage
• Maintain and update work orders and inventory records
• Monitor material movement and ensure accuracy of finished goods reporting
• Assist with cycle counts, physical inventories, and variance investigations
• Use system tools to track lot numbers, materials, and production status
• Organize and maintain inventory documentation and records
• Partner with warehouse and production teams to resolve discrepancies
• Support compliance with GMPs, food safety, and quality standards

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience as a material handler and/or inventory control role required
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Excel and data entry systems
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Basic math skills and ability to track counts and materials
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
