Job Title: Inventory Control / Quality Assurance (IC/QA) Associate - Warehouse

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM
Location: USA Parkway, Nevada
Employment Type: Full-Time

Position Summary

The IC/QA Associate is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records and ensuring product quality standards are met throughout warehouse operations. This role supports operational accuracy, compliance, and continuous improvement by performing cycle counts, audits, and quality inspections within a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform daily, weekly, and monthly cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies in a timely manner
• Conduct quality inspections to ensure products meet company and customer standards
• Audit inbound and outbound shipments for accuracy and condition
• Document findings, adjustments, and corrective actions in the warehouse management system
• Collaborate with warehouse, operations, and leadership teams to address root causes of errors
• Support continuous improvement initiatives related to inventory and quality processes
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with safety policies

Preferred Skills

• Experience with cycle counting and inventory audits
• Knowledge of QA processes in a warehouse or distribution environment
• Forklift or pallet jack experience (certification a plus)
