INVENTORY MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST

Job Title

This position is responsible for overseeing the management of shop store and truck stock inventories, ensuring compliance with established regulations and procedures.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Maintaining management oversight and accountability for all shop store and truck stock inventories.
• Performing physical inventories, physical location audits, wall-to-wall inventories, and re-warehousing.
• Providing daily oversight and management of the NAVFAC Shop Store and warehouse to ensure organization, safe and efficient work, and prompt customer assistance.
• Processing requisitions to purchase material, supplies, and equipment from the General Services Administration (GSA) Fourth Party Logistic (4PL) Store, including reviewing PRs, creating and approving POs, and receipting POs in the system of record.
