Warehouse Associate

Location: Little Egg Harbor, NJ

Reports to: General Manager

Employment Type: Full-Time

About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to support the daily operations of our warehouse and assist in the remanufacture of medical imaging equipment. This role is ideal for someone who is mechanically inclined, safety-conscious, and eager to grow within a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain organization and cleanliness throughout the warehouse
  • Receive, inspect, and process purchased parts and core returns
  • Assist in the assembly, disassembly, and inspection of medical imaging equipment
  • Package, label, and ship parts accurately and efficiently
  • Use hand tools and follow written and verbal instructions
  • Apply basic math and problem-solving skills to ensure quality and compliance
  • Use basic computer programs (Word, Excel) for documentation and reporting

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Mechanically inclined with strong attention to detail
  • Valid driver's license
  • Forklift experience or willingness to train
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Knowledge of warehouse procedures and safety practices
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Work Environment

Warehouse setting with forklifts, ladders, and heavy equipment present

Rotating shifts may be required to ensure warehouse coverage during business hours

Physical Requirements

Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 70 lbs. regularly

Ability to use hands for handling, reaching, and operating tools

Ability to talk and hear in a busy warehouse environment

Travel

Occasional local travel may be required to deliver parts to surrounding areas
