Qualifications

• Able to pass pre-employment physical/TB test

• Obtain fingerprint clearance as required by our licensure

• Maintain assigned work area in a neat, clean, and aseptic status.

• Assist in the appropriate arrangement of furniture as necessary for both housekeeping purposes and to make room for activity programs.

• Observe and report to supervisor problems requiring maintenance.

• Maintain assigned tools and equipment in clean and appropriate working order and in proper supply.

• Assist in room transfers and admissions.

• May do some exterior work such as cleaning sidewalks, removing litter, and sweeping entrances.

• Interior window washing and other cleaning relating to window care, such as frames, screens, and metal tracks.

• Clean air condition vents and outside covers.
