Custodial Services Position

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of restrooms, including restocking supplies such as soap, paper towels, and toilet paper
• Disinfect high-touch surfaces such as door handles, elevator buttons, handrails, and shared equipment
• Keep common areas—including lobbies, hallways, breakrooms, and cafeterias—clean and organized
• Empty trash and recycling bins and ensure exterior entryways remain free of litter
• Respond quickly to spills, wet floors, or safety hazards to prevent accidents
• Perform light maintenance tasks such as replacing light bulbs and assisting with meeting room setups
• Report any major repair or maintenance issues to management

Qualifications

• Previous custodial or janitorial experience preferred, but not required
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Ability to respond quickly to changing needs in a fast-paced environment
• Good communication and time-management skills
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift as needed throughout the shift

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.50 per hour
