Currently we are seeking a Janitor to join our team and be an essential part of our Scranton, Iowa manufacturing team. This role is responsible for the daily cleanliness of the front office as well as the general housekeeping of the facility.

Your Role in Our Mission:

• Clean and maintain all departments including but not limited to offices, conference rooms, break rooms, restrooms, and all other operational areas.
• Maintain building cleanliness by sweeping, mopping, dusting, and disinfecting daily.
• Clean the entrances and exits of the work areas by keeping them free of garbage, snow, and debris.
• Routinely empty waste baskets and garbage cans.
• Perform and/or report all maintenance repairs.
• Report damages and acts of vandalism in all areas of the facility.

To Perform this Job Successfully:

• Prior custodial experience a plus.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work well with others as well as independently.
• Must be able to read, understand, and follow labels/instructions for proper use of cleaning products and supplies.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Able to handle a high volume of work with little supervision.
• Ability to maintain regular attendance in accordance with company attendance policies.
