The Little Gym is a premier children’s fitness and early childhood development center focused on building confidence, coordination, and life skills through gymnastics-based learning and play.

We are hiring for a passionate Kids Gym Instructor, Youth Fitness Coach, and Early Childhood Teacher to lead fun, structured classes for children ages 4 months to 12 years. If you love working with kids and have experience in childcare, teaching, coaching, gymnastics, or fitness, this is the perfect opportunity.

Key Responsibilities

Teach kids gymnastics classes and toddler classes

Lead activities that promote motor skills, balance, coordination, and social development

Provide a safe, positive, and engaging environment for children

Communicate with parents about progress and milestones

Assist with birthday parties, camps, and kids events

Support daily operations and maintain a clean facility

Qualifications

Experience in childcare, preschool, daycare, coaching, or teaching

Background in gymnastics, dance, cheer, sports, or fitness training preferred, but not required

Strong communication and customer service skills

Energetic, reliable, and outgoing personality

Ability to work evenings and weekends
