Major Duties
- Serves as the DLA Distribution focal point for the execution of distribution planning to support DLA Customers in all business areas.
- Fully participates in the development of the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) program objectives and participates in DLA CRM meetings and special projects.
- Serves as the interface to receive and respond to distribution questions or resolve any distribution problems.
- Develops plans and take actions to ensure distribution programs meet the agreed to customer objectives and performance goals.
- Conducts customer analysis, prepares high level customer briefings, and conducts high level project teams.
Qualification Summary
To qualify for a Lead General Supply Specialist your resume and supporting documentation must support: A. Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience that equipped you with the particular competencies to successfully perform the duties of the position and is directly in or related to this position. To qualify at the GS-13 level, applicants must possess one year of specialized experience at the GS-12. Applicants must meet eligibility requirements including time-in-grade (General Schedule (GS) positions only), time-after-competitive appointment, minimum qualifications, and any other regulatory requirements by the cut-off/closing date of the announcement. Creditable specialized experience includes: Developing customer support plans and initiatives to advance strategic goals and objectives Preparing data reports for the agency and providing reports to operational managers on the effectiveness of their operations. Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional, philanthropic, religious, spiritual, community, student, social). Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment. You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience.
Compensation:
$121,785-$158,322 per year
