Lead Window Cleaner

Position Overview

The Lead Window Cleaner is responsible for performing and supervising routine window cleaning at assigned job sites. This role serves as the primary point of contact for both customers and staff and acts as a liaison between cleaning personnel and management. You'll oversee quality, safety, and efficiency while helping train team members and ensure company standards are met.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform and supervise window cleaning services
  • Train, assign, and prioritize work for cleaning staff
  • Ensure proper cleaning procedures and company standards are followed
  • Promote and enforce workplace safety standards
  • Communicate effectively with customers, staff, and supervisors
  • Maintain equipment in clean, safe, and operable condition
  • Restock supplies as needed
  • Deliver excellent customer service

Qualifications

  • Leadership ability with experience training or supervising others
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Commitment to safety and the ability to identify and report unsafe conditions
  • Professional appearance and hygiene
  • Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and liability auto insurance
  • Ability to read directions and navigate job locations
  • Clear communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Basic math skills (counting money and making change)
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Lift up to 60 lbs
  • Perform repetitive hand, wrist, and arm motions
  • Work with arms above head, bend, squat, and kneel
  • Work in temperatures from 0–110°F
  • Assemble, lift, and climb ladders up to 30 feet

Compensation: $25,000.00 - $35,000.00 per year
