LEGAL RECORDS CLERK
Lofton's client is seeking a detail-oriented Legal Records Clerk for a temp-to-hire opportunity. This position is responsible for organizing, maintaining, and managing all paper and electronic files within the office. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, possess strong filing and document management skills, and demonstrate accuracy and attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
- Organize and maintain physical and electronic legal files
- Ensure accurate filing and retrieval of documents
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Support attorneys and staff with records requests
Requirements:
- Strong organizational and filing skills
- High attention to detail
- Professional demeanor and appearance
- Ability to manage both paper and digital record systems
Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM (Half day every other Friday)
Professional dress is required (business attire; nice jeans permitted on Fridays).
