We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven, and compassionate Licensed Nursing Home Administrator to lead our facility to the highest standards of care and operational excellence. Your Role & Impact
As Administrator, you will serve as the driving force behind our facility's success—leading teams, ensuring compliance, and fostering a culture rooted in compassion and accountability.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership: Provide vision, direction, and oversight to all departments within a fast-paced skilled nursing and rehab environment
Regulatory Excellence: Ensure full compliance with state, federal, and CMS guidelines
Financial Stewardship: Manage budgeting, financial planning, and cost control to support operational success
Team Development: Recruit, mentor, and retain a high-performing, engaged team
Quality of Care: Champion a resident-centered culture that prioritizes dignity, safety, and outcomes
Community Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with residents, families, and community partners
Qualifications
Active Nursing Home Administrator license (state required)
Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in long-term care or long term acute care (LTAC) facility
Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration or related field
Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, compliance, and reimbursement
Proven success in financial management and operational leadership
Exceptional communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
Passion for delivering high-quality, resident-centered care
