Mission Federal Credit Union is looking for an experienced Real Estate Loan Servicer II to join our Loan Servicing team. In this highly detail-oriented role, you'll support our members, ensure loan accuracy, manage key loan servicing functions, and help uphold our commitment to exceptional service.

• Deliver exceptional member support
• Set up and quality-check new mortgage loans
• Manage subordinations, modifications, and PMI removals
• Process credit disputes and SCRA/CMVC requests
• Track loan maturities, balloon payments, escrow holdbacks & more
• Ensure accuracy, compliance, and a seamless member experience

Here is what we are looking for:

• 3+ years of loan servicing experience
• Strong communication and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently with high attention to detail
• Experience with MSP, Servicing Director, or Symitar is a plus

Base Pay/Salary: $20.00 - $26.00 an hour*

*Actual base pay within this range will be determined by several components, including but not limited to, relevant experience, internal equity, skills, qualifications, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
